Barbara Williams, of Kalamazoo, Michigan, brings a wealth of organizational and team-building experience to the Board of Our Father’s Family Keeper Ministries. With expertise in Organizational Management and Development, Ms. Williams maximizes her skills to benefit employers and volunteer agencies alike.

Ms. Williams has experience with training adults in employment skills, has helped clients improve their vocational and job-related knowledge, and managed customer relations. Employers such as AARP Foundation, Goodwill Industries, and Weight Watchers International have benefited from her expertise over the years. She has won several work-related awards, including AARP, Top Placing Agency in Michigan and Accretive Health, Top 10 Team Member in Billing Remittance.

She has degrees in Applied Science and in Organizational Management/Development from Michigan colleges. Ms. Williams has a life-long love of learning and enjoys working with people.
