It is with sadness for us, but well wishes for her future, that Our Father’s Family Keeper Ministries announces the resignation of Haley M. A-bel from our Board of Directors.

We thank Haley M. A-bel for more than four years of service supporting OFFKM’s mission and wish her well in all her future endeavors!  Thank you, Ms. A-bel!

 

Haley M. A-bel, of Kalamazoo, Michigan, holds a Master of Social Work degree with concentrations in many fields, including social and economic development; children, youth, and families; and educational reform.  Organized and creative, she has  a wealth of experience working with youth programs as well as educational programs for at-risk students.

She has worked as  Director of Youth Services for Father’s Support Center and currently is Site Coordinator for Communities in Schools of Kalamazoo.  She has implemented volunteer tutoring and mentoring programs, trained staff, counseled and tutored youth, secured grants and conducted needs-assessments.

A-bel brings her wide-ranging experience to the Board of Our Father’s Family Keeper Ministries. Her skills with volunteer management, mentoring, implementing curricula, designing academic research and technological expertise are a huge asset to the entire organization.
